Agreement (GDPR)

By your agreement with personal data processing, you allow to individual Petr Pernica, Dolni Palava 2569/36, 678 01 Blansko, Czech Republic, VAT CZ8604285162 (hereinafter „Controller“) in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, to process following personal data: First Name and Last Name, Company Name, Email, Phone Number and Address. We use this data for marketing reasons or handlig inquiries and Controller can process is for 3 years.

With the above processing of your personal data, you give explicit and informed acceptance which you can take back anytime. Just send an email to info@weprint.cz or a letter to address Petr Pernica, Dolni Palava 2569/36, 678 01 Blansko, Czech Republic.

The personal data that you agree to process could be also processed by following processors:

  • Service provider Facebook Ads, operated by the company Facebook Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA

  • Company Shean s.r.o., Svitavská 500, 678 01 Blansko, Company ID 26768479, as provider of marketing and web services.

According to the mentioned GDPR regulation on personal data protection, you have the right to cancel your acceptance anytime, you can request reports on what personal data we process, request an explanation of the reason and the processing of your personal data, request access to this data which you can correct or update, request the deletion of your personal data from us, contact us or the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you have doubts about our compliance with personal data processing obligations.
